Objective
Implement Sotheby's International Realty's global brand campaign "Nothing Compares" into all corporate and agent-facing marketing material.

Challenge
How do you interpret a corporate marketing campaign encouraging in-house creativity while remaining on brand? Implementing this campaign required a deep understanding of established design guidelines alongside opportunities for creative play. 

Solution
The "Nothing compares" campaign presented a clean, curated, and artful marketing collateral framework. I worked alongside a cross-functional team to design and implement our interpretation of the campaign, including: brochures, social media graphics, market statistic templates, print ads, and video editing.

Weekly print ads circulated throughout Ontario with featured photography from active listings.
Sotheby's International Realty Canada's national video for the "Nothing Compares" campaign. I extracted this footage from active listings using Premiere Pro and modified our parent brand's After Effects template for six versions: National, British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.
